Instructor led Web Based Training provides a way to get product training for end users, administrators, and/or reseller. These pre-scheduled web events help get customers up to speed on how to use and administer OAISYS recording products.

Tutorial Videos are movies that target specific details within an application. These videos are less than 5 minutes long, and they provide a convenient way to zero in on a topic and find just what you need (requires a PC with a sound card).

Online Presentations provide comprehensive training on the installation, administration, and use of our call recording products. These sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, and each contribute to the installation and configuration of a fictional organization. These videos are great for customer locations looking for product training, and if taken in succession can earn reseller's full certification on the OAISYS product line.
