OAISYS Training Tools

These courses are fantastic for keeping your staff up to speed on all of the newest recording trends, features and functionalities of the OAISYS Talkument and Tracer. Moreover, they have proven to be extremely successful at empowering your customers to self-sufficiently administer their system and to get them fully utilizing its capabilities.

Talkument Training

Our Talkument Training Tracks are geared toward three distinct audiences. These groups include Installers, Administrators and Users.

The first of these courses will be our Installation Training session. This course will teach your field staff how to properly hook-up and configure the Talkument system.

Our second offering will focus on Administrative Training. This collection of topics will teach corporate administrators all the information they need to match their Talkument system with the recording needs of their organization.

The third and final course spotlights User Training. In this session, all levels of employees will be taught how to implement Talkument's various features so they can fully utilize its vast capabilities.

Tracer Training

These complementary training courses are specifically targeted at providing Tracer System Administrators and End-Users with all the essential information they need to fully utilize the Tracer, and to keep their system running effectively and efficiently.

The first of our instructional tracks for the Tracer is our Administrative Training series. This course will teach corporate administrators all the information they need to match their system with the ever-changing business needs of their organization.

The second track will be our User Training series. This brief series will train all levels of end-users on the proper implementation of Tracer's features so they can fully utilize its vast capabilities.
