These complimentary courses are fantastic
for keeping your staff up to speed on all of the newest features and functionalities
of the OAISYS Talkument and Tracer solutions. Moreover, they have proven
to be extremely successful at empowering your customers to self-sufficiently
administer their system and to get them fully utilizing its capabilities.
We offer training workshops in our Tempe, AZ office, online
classroom certification and instructor-led web-based training. No matter
what your needs, we’re here to fulfill them with current, relevant
and easy-to-use training content.
OAISYS Install Training
This one hour training track teaches Technicians how to physically install
and configure an OAISYS Call Recording Server. Within this course, we
will discuss the various server specs, software options, installation
models, and basic configurations that need to be programmed in order to
get the OAISYS Server fully operational.
Tracer Training
Our Tracer training courses are specifically targeted at providing Tracer
System Administrators and End-Users with all the essential information
they need to fully utilize the Tracer software, and to keep their system
running effectively and efficiently.
The first of our instructional tracks for the Tracer is our Administrative
Training series. This course will teach corporate administrators all the
information they need to match their system with the ever-changing business
needs of their organization.
The second track will be our User Training series. This brief series
will train all levels of end-users on the proper implementation of Tracer's
features so they can fully utilize its vast capabilities.
Talkument Training
Our Talkument training tracks focus on Administering and Using the OAISYS
Talkument software.
The first of our Talkument Training courses will focus on Administrative
Training. This collection of topics will teach corporate administrators
everything they need to match their Talkument system with their organization's
recording needs.
The second of our Talkument Training courses spotlights User Training.
In this session, all levels of employees will be taught how to implement
Talkument's various features so they can fully utilize its vast capabilities.
