OAISYS offers complimentary classes as detailed below to both our reseller partners and our customers. Feel free to participate in as many of these classes as you would like. Each individual session will last approximately 60-90 minutes (depending on questions/discussion). Attendee seating in each class will be limited to the first 10 respondents, so please act quickly to ensure your spot!

This session teaches Technicians how to physically install and configure an OAISYS Call Recording Server. Topics discussed are server specs, software options, installation models, and basic configurations that need to be programmed in order to get the OAISYS Server fully operational.
This session teaches both Talkument and Tracer programmers everything they need to match their organization’s recording needs & keep their system running effectively. Topics discussed are basic navigation, alarm programming, backup/archive settings, and recording rules.
This session teaches Talkument programmers how to create profiles for the various internal and external users who will be working with the software. Topics discussed are the creation of user profiles and allocation of permissions.
This session teaches Tracer programmers how to create profiles for the various internal and external users who will be working with the software. Topics discussed are the creation of user profiles and allocation of permissions.
This session teaches Tracer programmers how to setup the advanced Administrative features that are exclusive to the Tracer system. Topics discussed are the creation of Employee Evaluations and Ad Campaigns.
This session teaches Talkument and Tracer users the basics of navigating the user interfaces. Topics discussed are initial software download, desktop client functionality, and historical calls navigation.
This session teaches Tracer users how to take advantage of the additional user functionalities that are exclusive to the Tracer system. Topics discussed are employee evaluations, live call monitor, and reports.
