Standard technical support services are available during normal business hours 5:30 a.m.– 5 p.m. MST. After-hours on-call and dedicated support is available free of charge for customers with Platinum Support plans and for OAISYS Elite Gold Partners.
All other after-hours support projects are subject to a fee and dependent
on the schedule and availability of OAISYS Professional Services personnel.

Thinking of Upgrading to 7.4?
Any hardware that originally shipped with Tracer/Talkument version 5.x
or below is not compatible for OAISYS version 7 software. OAISYS Recording
Systems shipped in 2008 and prior will likely be the best candidates for
the OAISYS Hardware Refresh program. Please contact Sales Engineering for
more information on our Refresh program (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Contact Support if you are doing any out of the box 3rd party integration
to review compatibility and any further upgrade requirements.
Contact Support if you currently use the Mobile Recall feature (deployment
for non-Microsoft browsers)
For optimal performance, it is highly recommended to have at minimum 2 GB
of RAM for the system.
6.2 to 7.4 - These updates support in place upgrades, simply run
the setup file. This will stop services, install software, and restore registry
settings.The 6.2 (and above) Management Studio does require an update to
Direct X. See the 3rd Party Section below to get update if needed.
